MyDetailerPro is a web-based CRM for independent auto detailers. The current beta manages customers, vehicles, services, appointments, and completed revenue.

How much does it cost?

The founding detailer beta is free and does not require a credit card. We will publish paid pricing and give beta users a clear choice before billing begins.

What features work today?

Customer records, vehicle details, a custom service menu, appointment scheduling, upcoming and past appointment views, business settings, and completed revenue reporting are available today.

Does it send appointment emails?

Accepted Answer

The app can send confirmation, update, and cancellation emails when email delivery is configured. Scheduled reminder campaigns and SMS are not part of the current beta.

Can customers book online?

Not yet. The current scheduling workflow is for the business owner or team. A customer-facing booking page is on the candidate roadmap.

Can I accept payments or send invoices?

Not yet. MyDetailerPro reports the value of completed appointments, but it does not currently process cards or issue invoices.

Self-service CSV import is not available yet. It is a roadmap priority because moving out of spreadsheets should be easy.

Yes. MyDetailerPro is a responsive web app that works in a modern phone browser. It is not currently a native iOS or Android app.
