Why we are building it
Detailers often run customer relationships across phone contacts, notes, calendars, and spreadsheets. General CRMs can solve part of that problem, but they bring sales pipelines and enterprise complexity that a hands-on service business does not need.
The goal is a focused system that is quick to learn, honest about the numbers, and shaped by people doing the work.
